Madeline joined TBB after spending several years helping refugees and immigrants break into the US labor market -- and seeing how often people’s skills and experiences were overlooked. Madeline has a BA in American History from Harvard University. She leads TBB’s global team alongside Melbourne-based Steph Cousins. I think just reflecting when you're talking about this journey. I would say one of the big lessons is you actually can dream bigger than the people around you think it's going to be possible. It's cliche, but you know, persistence, really is underrated.
