While working at Extended Results, Michael led product development of their PushBI flagship product acquired by TIBCO Software. Michael went on to earn an MBA degree from the University of Washington that improved his business and leadership expertise. He used these skills at Microsoft, where he managed IT teams to deliver business-driven initiatives for Microsoft Consulting Services that operate across 80+ countries. Michel also had experience working at the Washington state office of the CIO, where he led a team responsible for digital transformation. Relying on his understanding and knowledge of the B2B business environment, he went on to bring value to a corporate wellness and health startup, Aduro, where he was responsible for product development and technology as the CTO. During his time at Aduro, he rolled out a valuable product line of consumer and B2B applications. Capitalizing on his experience working at Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft and RealNetworks, as well as startups that generated millions in funding, Michael co-founded Healthcare Solutions (HCS). As a CTO of HCS, Michael brings leading-edge technology solutions and products that further develop the company. His CISO role includes information security management, which involves developing a company-wide security strategy that supports the HCS's mission and goals, as well as ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations. Michael's CFO responsibilities at HCS involve managing the financial side of the company. This includes tracking cash flow, taking care of financial planning, and analyzing the financial strengths and weaknesses of the company as well as implementing corrective actions. Instead of being satisfied with the status quo, Michael continuously works on the next big idea to create value for the companies he works for and his own projects.
